What a week!

It has been exactly one week since we found out that my dad has cancer. Today my Grandfather, my dad's dad, passed away. Wow. I guess the Lord knows me well enough to give me these trails all at the same time. Although I am so sad about this news, I feel very at peace about the situation.
I've had a lot of time to think about my dad and he has told me that if we really believe what we say we believe than this is going to be a great adventure!! He has always been a positive person and, in true dad form, is more worried about his family than himself.
This is a test of faith. These things have reminded me that i'm not in charge. I can't change these situations so now is the time that I have to rely on the Lord. I am so grateful for my family. I could not ask for a better one.


I can also say that I have the best friends in the world!! I have had so much support from them and I really appreciate it! Thanks to all.
