You have no heart!
A few days ago at work a lovely (or not so nice) old man told me this. I was making him do therapy and he did NOT want to do anything. I gave him our lecture of "you are here to get better and we are trying to help you and you have to get out of bed and do your therapy in order to be able to go home ... etc etc etc ..." I started to walk out of the room because he wasn't responding. When I got to the door he emphatically states,
It was great meeting you too, sir.

Oh dear...it seems that he was a bit over dramatic. Did you tell him to calm down or did you just laugh?
